深部静脈血栓症は、体の奥深くにある静脈にできる血栓のことです。主に下腿や大腿の太い静脈に発生します。症状としては、皮膚の色の変化(赤み)、脚の痛み、脚の腫れ(浮腫)、触ると温かいと感じる皮膚などがあります。素因は、年齢、喫煙、血液凝固異常の遺伝、けがや手術、癌、炎症性腸疾患、心不全などです。治療には、血栓溶解薬、抗凝固薬などがあります。
